COVID-19 Rapid Testing
The last day our clinic will be open is Friday, May 27, 2022.
Killeen Independent School District is providing free rapid COVID19 testing to students and staff. Children under 18 must be accompanied by their parent/guardian.
The following are available:
- Rapid Test (PreK3 and older)
Testing Sites: Franklin & Emily Pratt Learning and Leadership Center, 505 E. Jasper Road, Killeen
Testing Times: 7:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.

Who is Eligible: KISD Employees and KISD students only
What COVID-19 screeners are used in this program?
This program uses QuickVue rapid screeners by Goodside Health and is administered using a nasal swab in the front area of the nostril.
Before your arrival, KISD staff and parents/guardians of students may answer screening questions ahead of arriving for the screener by clicking here or scanning the QR Code.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by their parent/guardian and a signed consent form is required.
While we realize precautions will be taken for the safety of students, please understand that neither the test administrator nor the Killeen ISD, nor any of its trustees, officers, employees, or organization sponsors are liable for any accident or injuries that may occur to your child or yourself (if student age 18 or older), as a result of agreeing to the test.
Community Resources: Additional Testing Sites In Our AreaPCR: Beginning Saturday, Jan. 15, from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. a new testing site will be available at Central Texas College and will be open every day, Monday – Sunday. The site at CTC only offers a saliva PCR test, results are available within 2 – 4 days after testing. Click here to view/download the flyer.

The district does not require staff or students to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
