Killeen ISD Career Center FFA
Javin Penfold had a week to remember! The KCC FFA officer was the first to catch a calf during the opening night calf scramble, earning a certificate toward next year's project animal. He followed that performance with another successful catch in the finals in under 50 seconds, earning a custom pair of boots! Javin also advanced to the finals in Senior Lamb Showmanship.
Osvaldo Camacho Burgos competed in the calf scramble, earning a certificate toward a future livestock project.
Carson Ingalls placed 8th with his medium-weight goat, marking a special milestone in his FFA journey. The KCC senior has been showing livestock with the program since the age of 9, making this his final Heart O' Texas Fair as a student. Congratulations, Carson, on years of dedication and hard work!
