Competing against 18 other schools, our students showed determination, teamwork, and a deep love of reading—pushing all the way into a tie-breaker round to secure their spot in the top three!
All year long, these readers have been diving into a list of 20 books, sharpening their knowledge and preparing for this moment. Today, they truly got to shine and show off all their hard work—and we couldn’t be prouder!
Way to go, Book Club! Your dedication and passion for reading is inspiring! ✨📖

Today we are celebrating the amazing Dr. Church! Your energy, heart, and dedication bring so much joy to our campus every single day. From cheering on our students to supporting staff and creating a place where everyone feels valued, you make our school shine brighter.
Thank you for your leadership, your positivity, and all the little (and big!) things you do that make such a difference. We are so lucky to have you leading our school—today and every day, we celebrate YOU! 💙📚

Our Pre-K students had the special opportunity to be recognized alongside their military parents—sharing smiles, hugs, and moments that remind us just how strong and resilient these families are.
We are so proud of our military-connected students and grateful for the sacrifices their families make every day. Thank you for your service and for being such an important part of our school community. 🇺🇸

They proudly visited Mrs. Gallegos’ Pre-K class to read the books they wrote and illustrated themselves. From creative characters to imaginative adventures, our young writers shared their hard work with an eager audience who loved every minute. 💛
Moments like these build confidence, spark a love of reading, and show our students that their voices matter—no matter how small.

This year has been bursting with big laughs, bright smiles, fun spirit days, and unforgettable memories — and guess what? They’re all going in the yearbook! 📸✨
Don’t let those awesome Coyote moments slip away! Grab a yearbook and get ready to flip through the fun, spot your friends, and collect ALL the autographs at the end of the year. 🖊️❤️

During their recent library visits, our youngest learners got to check out books from the “big kindergarten” shelves and explore free choice centers.
It’s always amazing to see their curiosity and excitement for learning grow with every visit!

First grade students went on a phonic egg hunt in the library, then sorted the words they found by “or” and “ar” sounds back in the classroom!
This hands-on activity made learning phonics interactive, engaging, and fun—students loved hunting for eggs while practicing their reading skills.
Robots and 3D shapes came together for an exciting math lesson in Mrs. Lopez’s third grade class!
Students explored different shapes while using robots to interact with them, making geometry hands-on, interactive, and engaging. Lessons like these show that math can be both fun and creative!

Students in Mrs. Campbell’s class recently hosted a store for our kindergarteners, and staff were also invited to join in on the fun! This hands-on activity created a meaningful financial literacy lesson for everyone involved.
Older students practiced leadership as shopkeepers, kindergarteners learned money skills as customers, and staff enjoyed watching these valuable lessons unfold. A win-win for the whole school community!

Our baby chickens will be making their big debut soon, and the excitement is real! Students are getting a firsthand look at the miracle of life as these tiny, fluffy chicks hatch right before their eyes.
This has been such a fun and engaging learning experience—we can’t wait to watch them grow! 💛

Students “raced” through activities using the A.R.A.C.E. strategy—a powerful writing approach that helps them organize their thinking and clearly respond to questions. From answering prompts to citing evidence, these students showed focus, determination, and great teamwork every step of the way!
We’re so proud of their hard work and can’t wait to see them cross the finish line strong! 🏎️💫
