Tomorrow's focus is pedestrian, bus & bike safety so wear YELLOW.

The ladies began their play Saturday morning defeating the Manor Rams 25-8 and 25-11. The second match was against Liberty Hill. The Grizzlies played tough against the Lions and defeated them in three sets: 17-25, 25-18, and 15-10. This led to the Grizzlies to the championship match. The ladies played against the Nolan Mustangs in the last game and were defeated in three sets 26-24, 14-25, & 9-15. The Grizzlies played some outstanding volleyball in this match and came away with second place. Throughout the tournament, the Grizzlies had several passes, sets, and spikes.
Defensive standouts during the tournament were Alexis Guevara, Amayah Rivera-Melendez, Jolivia Rodgers, and Elizabeth Vandenburg. Nola Robinson, Isabella Mobley, Amari Navarro-Betts, Railyn Coquemar, Serena Brooks, and Alyssa Montufar had some great plays at the net. Outstanding setters were Hannah Bice and Lyrrick Flowers. Top servers of the tournament were Hanna Bice with 32 points and Lyrrick Flowers with 19.
Coach Wilson is very proud of the lady’s caliber of play during the season and the tournament. It has been a pleasure being your coach this year. The ladies and Coach Wilson would like to say thank you to all who came out and supported them at the tournament.

First Annual Trunk N Treat is TOMMORROW NIGHT!
It will be at the Union Grove Middle School side parking lot and Mountain View Elementary School Front parking lot.
TWO schools, ONE big event! There is no volunteer requirements for this event so anyone can register to participate.
