Killeen ISD is offering free athletic physicals at 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, at the KISD Career Center.
Physicals are available to all KISD athletes, who must bring a completed medical history form with them in order to proceed. Physicals are required for athletes who are entering seventh-, ninth-, and 11th-grade.
Parents will not be permitted to accompany students through the physical process once students enter the building and should wait outside of the facility.
These are standard athletic physicals. If you answered “Yes” for any of the Questions 1-6 on the medical history form, further evaluation may be needed.
The Career Center is located at 1320 Stagecoach Rd. More information can be found below. Medical forms also can be found by using the QR code.
