Killeen ISD's five swim teams on Saturday, Nov. 9, hosted seven other schools for the 2024 KISD Turkey Trot Meet at the Clements Boys and Girls Club.
The big winner among KISD schools was Chaparral's Connor Bratton, who won a pair of events –– 200-yard freestyle and 500 free –– to help the Bobcats place third in the team standings.

The swimmers will be back in the pool this Saturday. Harker Heights, Chaparral and Killeen are scheduled to participate in the Texas Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association meet in Mansfield. Shoemaker, Ellison and Killeen travel to Belton for the BISD Fall Invite.
