Philosophy of Education: My teaching philosophy revolves around building meaningful relationships with students and ensuring that my classroom is a safe place where students can grow and make mistakes. My goal every school year is to build a close-knit classroom culture where students from various backgrounds can come together to motivate and support each other. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed through the development of their unique strengths and skills and that educators are agents of change that play a vital role in guiding student growth. While I always ensure to instill the importance of academic and career readiness, I also believe in providing teachable moments to help students cultivate the social-emotional skills needed to become resilient and productive members of society.
