Dr. Joseph A. Fowler Elementary is a 100% ID check campus. 

At Fowler, our dismissal procedures are designed with the utmost care and safety in mind. We prioritize the well-being of our students, staff, and the community during this critical transition period. Our dedicated staff is always on hand to assist and guide students as they enter/exit the school premises, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a secure and efficient dismissal routine.

Thank you for entrusting us with your child's education, and together, we can make arrival/dismissal a safe and streamlined experience for all.

Pre-K students who are parent pick up will be dismissed at 3:05pm in the front by the playground gates.

Valet placard must be seen in the vehicle window in order for the student to be delivered to the vehicle. If you do not have your valet placard, please go to the office. Students who are not picked up by 3:15 p.m. will be escorted to the office.

Walkers are dismissed at 3:00 p.m.
Parents are not permitted to pick up from the front of the building. Staff on duty will ask you to wait across the street.

Bus students are loaded and leaving the campus on time. If you do not want your student to ride the bus that day, the teacher must be notified as early as possible.
