Nolanville Elementary is a 100% ID check campus. 

At Nolanville Elementary, our dismissal procedures are designed with the utmost care and safety in mind. We prioritize the well-being of our students, staff, and the community during this critical transition period. To ensure a smooth dismissal process, please refer to the map below for detailed instructions. Our dedicated staff is always on hand to assist and guide students as they enter/exit the school premises, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a secure and efficient dismissal routine.

Park and Pick-up

• The curb closest from the school is designated "Park and Pick-up." 
• Parents will use crosswalks to pick up students. 
• Please note staff will not walk students to vehicles that are parked in "Park and Pick-up." 

Curbside Service

The curb closes to the school is designated "Curbside Service." Students will be escorted to your car. 

Only parents who are driving through will utilize curbside dismissal.

Procedures for Curbside:

• Each family will receive an assigned number card to hang on the rearview mirror of their car to identify which student(s) are allowed to be picked up by the person in the vehicle.
• A staff member will note the number on the dashboard and radio all grade levels to send students with this family number to your assigned pick-up position in line.
• Each family will receive two number cards for using to pick up students in case you have more than one vehicle that may pick up students.
• If there is no number card on the rearview mirror, staff will direct you to park past the main crosswalk near the front doors of the school. A staff member will check your ID and retrieve the student(s) from classroom teachers.

• Please remember that after the 7:35 a.m. tardy bell rings, you will need to come to the front office to sign your student in.
• Also, remember to bring an ID card when you sign your student out for the day and at dismissal. This is also for anyone you have authorized to pick your student up from school.
• If your student is a bus rider, please remind them about bus safety and behavior on the bus. Bus safety is a priority and riding the bus is a privilege.
• School releases promptly at 3:00 p.m. Please ensure you are here on time to retrieve your student. 
• Please do not park in the bus or fire lanes. This is a safety hazard and citations will be given. Thank you for helping us keep all students safe.
