HAC - Login Troubleshooting
I am unable to log in with the temporary password provided in the welcome email.
Please contact your campus. They will verify that your student’s birthdate is entered correctly in the student information system and they will be able to set a new temporary password for you.
I have not received the email after requesting a new account or password reset.
The email may be being blocked by your email provider or spam filter settings. Please check your spam and/or junk folders for the message. All emails from Home Access Center will come from email@example.com.
