Fueling Student Success
The School Nutrition Department of Killeen Independent School District is committed to providing nutritious meals for the students and staff of the district. Meals will be available on traditional school days, not including holidays or weekends.
Killeen ISD will provide free breakfast to all students during the 2022-2023 school year. Student lunch is $2.75 for elementary students and $3.00 for secondary students unless the student qualifies for free/reduced meals. If a student qualifies for reduced lunch, the lunch will be free. Parents/guardians are encouraged to submit an application for free/reduced meals by clicking here.
Certain campuses will continue to receive free breakfast and lunch under the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) campus program. Click here to view a list of CEP campuses.
Adding Money To My Child's Account
A la carte items will be available for purchase in the cafeteria. Parents may make payments, add funds, or view student accounts at www.schoolcafe.com/killeenisd. Viewing the menus and account information is free. There is a flat fee of $2.25 to add money to your student's account.

Purpose: Our purpose is to provide students with healthy and delicious meals so they are fueled to focus in the classroom in order to reach their potential of acquiring the essential skills needed to be successful in education.
Mission: Our mission is to provide quality food in a safe environment that students want to eat. This is accomplished by purchasing high-quality food, maintaining an effective staff, and striving for innovation in food service.
