ARMED SERVICES YMCA - Available Throughout KISD

The ASYMCA Killeen Child Care Program offers low-cost, high-quality before and after-school licensed care for elementary school-aged children at KISD campuses located outside of Fort Cavazos. 

ASYMCA staff members are trained to offer competent, creative, and concerned supervision.

Boys and Girls Clubs

The Boys and Girls Clubs primarily serves our secondary school-aged children at KISD campuses located outside of Fort Cavazos. 

The program provides a world-class club experience that assures all members are on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrate good character and citizenship, and live healthy lifestyles.

Child & Youth Services (CYS)

Available on Fort Cavazos

Fort Cavazos' Child and Youth Services (CYS) provides programs and services for children of eligible military and civilian families. CYS provides:

• Before and after-school care
• Programs for middle school and teen youth
• Sports and fitness activities
• School Support Services
• Teen Taxi, providing after-school transportation from local middle and high schools to Fort Cavazos Youth Centers

Supporting Military-Connected Students and Families

School Liaison Officers provide school transition and education support assistance for military-connected
families.
