🚔 Career Day at Cavazos Elementary 🚔
On March 13, 2025, Killeen ISD police officers had the privilege of visiting Cavazos Elementary School for Career Day. Officers engaged with students, giving them an exciting hands-on experience with a police patrol car.
Students had the opportunity to:
✅ Activate the vehicle’s emergency lights and sirens
✅ Sit in the caged back seat of the patrol car
✅ Ask officers questions about their jobs and daily duties
The students were thrilled to interact with officers and see a police car up close. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and their questions were both insightful and entertaining! Events like these strengthen community relationships and help young students see officers as positive role models.
