My name is Megan Moore, and I am the new Registrar at CHS. I love guiding and working with students, parents, and staff!

This is my third year as a school counselor, and I am so excited to have finally attained my goal. Prior to being a Counselor, I taught Anatomy and Physiology and Pathology for 6 years at Belton High School. Before then, I taught 7th grade science at Union Grove Middle School. In 2014, I graduated from UMHB with my Bachelor's in Cellular Biology and I loved EVERY moment. At UMHB, I worked as a lab assistant and taught several labs for my professors. I also had the opportunity to intern in the cytogenetics lab at Scott and White. Upon graduating from UMHB, I received the Outstanding Student in Biology award. After graduating with my bachelor's degree, I went on to get my masters in curriculum and instruction. After teaching for a while, I decided to obtain my master's degree in School Counseling at Angelo State University. Although I miss teaching anatomy, I am loving my new role.

I am married and have one child named Hudson. I enjoy running, going on walks, interior design, looking at real estate, and hanging out with my family!
